I'm the author of 2012 and the Shift of Ages: A Guide to the End of the World, published in November 2009 by Adventures Unlimited Press. I edit a semi-quarterly magazine, Theophanies, and am the founder of the Mahakranti Mystery School.

I have been blessed in this life to have had many wonderful spiritual friends and amazing guides. Most significantly, I was a dervish in a Sufi Order for seven years.

I've also taken Kriya Yoga initiation from Paramahamsa Prajnanananda, an incredibly beautiful and gentle soul. I am a great lover of Hindu spirituality and love to chant and share prasadam with my wonderful friends at the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. I believe in the sanatan dharma, "Eternal Truth," that is the same within all authentic spiritual lineages. Existence is One and the goal of all spiritual paths is to help us remember our oneness with All-That-Is.

I have studied and practiced Tibetan Buddhism in the Dzogchen Lineage under Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche. In 2008 I was blessed to receive the complete Dudjom Lingpa cycle of empowerments from Tulku Theglo Rinpoche. I also trained as a professional dancer at the Alvin Ailey American Dance School and have always had a very special love for the dance technique of Martha Graham.
